1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 345 Win ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at 345win.world and all associated services, games, and features.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 345 Win platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in full. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable to you, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms are intended to be read alongside the 345 Win Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules will apply for that product or offer only.

2. Eligibility
To register and play at 345 Win, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 345 Win enforces a strict minimum age policy and will require age verification documents when requested. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds returned.
- You must be registering and playing of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of 345 Win or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gaming platform. If you are currently self-excluded from gaming, you must not register at 345 Win.
345 Win reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not confirmed to the platform's satisfaction.
3. Your Account
3.1 Registration
To access the full range of features at 345 Win, you must register a player account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at 345 Win. Opening or attempting to open more than one account is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, please use the account recovery options or contact support — do not create a new account.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. 345 Win will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
345 Win may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform — particularly before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued ID. Verification of payment method may also be required. Delays in providing verification documents may result in delays to withdrawal processing. 345 Win carries out these checks to comply with its obligations and to protect players.
Note: Do not share screenshots of your account details, CNIC, or payment credentials with anyone claiming to be from 345 Win via unofficial channels. Our support team will never ask for your password.
4. Deposits
All deposits at 345 Win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. 345 Win does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your 345 Win wallet instantly in most cases. In rare instances, delays may occur due to payment network issues outside the platform's control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or using a payment method registered to another person, is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
345 Win reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts and to refuse or reverse deposits that it has reason to believe are linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at 345 Win are processed in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes on average. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT typically process within the same business day. 345 Win does not charge withdrawal fees.
Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, you will be asked to provide an eligible receiving account. You may only withdraw to accounts and wallets registered in your own name.
5.1 Verification Before Withdrawal
345 Win may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and is in place to protect both players and the platform. Providing accurate documentation when requested will ensure the fastest possible processing of your withdrawal.
5.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Only funds that have completed the applicable wagering requirement can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and free spin winnings that have not yet met their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. The current wagering status of any active bonus can be viewed in your account dashboard.
5.3 Incomplete Verification
If verification documents are not provided within 30 days of a withdrawal request, 345 Win reserves the right to close the withdrawal request. In such cases, the funds will be returned to your wallet balance and you may re-request the withdrawal at any time once verification is completed.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
345 Win offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules in this section.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded at 345 Win are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Wagering is calculated based on the total bonus amount received. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rs 30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
6.2 Eligible Games
Not all games at 345 Win contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Table games, card games, and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all — this will be specified in individual offer terms. Bets placed on sports markets while a sports bonus is active may contribute differently from casino game bets.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time
Only one bonus offer may be active in your 345 Win account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted and may result in one or more bonuses being forfeited.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
345 Win monitors bonus activity across all accounts to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent. In cases where bonus abuse is identified, 345 Win reserves the right to remove the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.
6.5 Expiry of Bonuses
All bonus offers at 345 Win carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry timeline for each offer will be clearly stated when the offer is activated.
7. Betting Rules
All sports bets placed at 345 Win are subject to the specific rules for the sport and market in question. General betting rules applicable across all sports are set out below.
7.1 Bet Placement
A bet is only considered accepted once you have received a confirmation from the 345 Win system. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid. 345 Win reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at odds that were incorrect due to a technical error.
7.2 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before completion; a market being suspended due to a technical error; the bet being placed using odds that were published incorrectly; or suspicion that the bet was placed using inside information. Void bets will have their stake returned to the player's wallet.
7.3 In-Play Betting
In-play bets at 345 Win are accepted subject to market availability and odds at the exact moment of bet confirmation. Due to the fast-moving nature of live sports, there may be a brief delay between the odds displayed and the odds at which the bet is confirmed. 345 Win will always inform you if the odds at confirmation differ significantly from those displayed when you initiated the bet.
7.4 Maximum Winnings
345 Win applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are set per sport and per market type and are displayed in the terms for each respective betting category. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum will be paid at the maximum limit.
PSL Note: PSL betting at 345 Win follows the official DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method for rain-affected matches. Match result markets will stand once the minimum number of overs required for a valid result have been completed.
8. Casino & Slots Rules
All casino games and slot titles available at 345 Win are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the respective game developer. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot game is published within the game information panel. 345 Win does not modify or influence the outcome of any casino game or slot spin.
In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the wager for that round will be returned to the player's balance. 345 Win will not be responsible for paying out incomplete or interrupted game results. If a game disconnection occurs, the game state is saved by the game provider and will be restored when you reconnect.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for confirming the bet amount before confirming a spin or game round.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at 345 Win. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
- Opening or operating more than one player account at 345 Win.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
- Using another person's payment method or banking credentials to deposit or withdraw.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or platform systems through any technical means including automated scripts, bots, or exploits.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to conceal funds of illicit origin.
- Abusing bonus offers through patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
- Accessing 345 Win using a VPN, proxy, or other location masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
- Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals after winnings have been collected from the platform.
Suspected prohibited activity will be reported to the relevant financial and regulatory authorities where required by law. 345 Win cooperates fully with investigations into fraudulent activity.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 345 Win platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game content, written text, and software — is the intellectual property of 345 Win or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 345 Win platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 345 Win branding or content is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law.
11. Limitation of Liability
345 Win provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by factors outside our control including internet outages, payment network issues, or third-party game provider downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345 Win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence on the part of 345 Win. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
12. Responsible Gaming
345 Win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We take our obligations in this area seriously and provide the following tools to all registered players at no charge:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases apply immediately.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing from 24 hours to several weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently lock your account for a minimum of six months. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
If you believe that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please use these tools immediately or contact our support team. 345 Win will always process a self-exclusion request on the same day it is received.

13. Account Closure
13.1 Closure by You
You may close your 345 Win account at any time by contacting our support team at support@345win.world. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance after settlement of open bets and compliance with any applicable bonus conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
13.2 Closure by 345 Win
345 Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where: these Terms have been breached; verification documents cannot be confirmed; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or the account has been inactive for a period of 12 or more consecutive months.
Where an account is closed by 345 Win for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after any relevant checks have been completed. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure in all circumstances.
14. Amendments to These Terms
345 Win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.
